These two courses have been offered three or four times a year and they have proved to be very popular attracting almost 2000 delegates over the past 20 years from as far afield as Brazil, Argentina and Russia as well as most African countries.

In response to significant demand from the exploration industry, Colin Rice Exploration and Training (Pty) Ltd designed and launched the Exploration Drill Site Safety Course in mid 2011. This course was developed to address the desperate need that existed for a training program focused entirely on the identification of drill site hazards and the management of the associated risks. To date this course has attracted over 250 delegates and it continues to fill a very real need in the Southern African exploration industry.

Several further courses will be launched in 2013 including a Driller Training Course, a Drill Site Supervisor Course as well as a Geotechnical Drilling Course.
